The girls both took ballet this past semester. The Friday before Thanksgiving parents had the chance to come into class and see what they had learned all semester.
Naomi was in the pinks class and learned so much.
It is so fun watch her grow and be taught something new each week.
Oh how she adored her teacher and also really fell in love with ballet.
I always had a very tired girl on Friday afternoons
but she always asks for more!
Abigail had taken ballet 3 years ago when she was a pink. Now back into it she was in the blue class. Personally she probably would have chosen gymnastics (and wasn't shy about telling other people that as well) but with Naomi in ballet it was easier for the family to keep things together.
And I had other motivators for keeping her here as well. The class teaches such grace, movement, control and dance by a wonderful Christian teacher who always emphases how we use dance as a form of worship. Gymnastics is fun but things seem to be changing in a way I didn't love.
Also, she is so good at it.
