We are taking advantage of our fall weather to get out and explore for science time.
Last week and this week we are studying trees.
The way they feel, how they look, the way they grow and so much more.
And on our nature walks we do a lot more observing as well. Such as finding berries and thus keeping the baby on mama's back happy with the wild snacks we find.
There are also the last of the summer wildflowers, pretty leaves and lots other low laying bushes that keep us interested.
But boy of boy does mama make these kids go on and on. They might fuss but we all love these long nature walks were we just can be goofy and life is full of things to see.
Especially when we take a break from biology and trees and mama teaches about the outcrops we see as well.
Learning when our hands are dirty with dirt is the best ever! Plus it is the favorite of the teacher as well which makes everyone happy.
