The kids always wake up with ideas already swimming in their heads. Often in their pajamas they are found creating, debating and making something. My brain wakes up so very much slower and so it often amazes me and tires me out from minute one!
The other day they woke up to wanting a contest. Each of the four of them all drew a rabbit (zachary included) and I was to judge them. I quickly realized I couldn't pick a winner, I am all about not everyone winning but age 1 to age 7 is a little bit of a gap for drawing skill. So I came up with categories that they each qualified for. We had the most imaginative, most creative, most realistic and most likely to be choses as my pet. They all seemed ok with the judging for the moment. Such cute little rabbits they all were. Maybe my brain does wake faster than I give it credit for.
